Dr Brian Newman is a Consultant Gastrointestinal Surgeon who graduated in medicine from Manchester University in 1968. He became a fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons and obtained his MD in 1977. He is a general and vascular consultant surgeon. Dr Brian Newman worked as an NHS consultant general surgeon at the Royal Bolton Hospital and undertook treatment at a number of private hospitals in the North-West of England.
Dr Brian Newman developed the highly acclaimed thermocoagulation technique to treat leg spider veins, facial veins and rosacea, and has trained surgeons all over the world in these techniques. His clinical expertise includes venous surgery, gastro-intestinal disease and vascular heart disease.
Dr Brian Newman provides various surgical techniques and also has an interest in natural health products pioneering in particular nutraceuticals for energy. He is a member of General Medical Council and fellow of Royal College of Surgeons.
