Mr Garth Allardice is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the North West London NHS Trust. He graduated and trained in South Africa.

He became a consultant and lecturer at the University of Natal, Durban. He was faculty of the Advanced AO Trauma Course in South Africa. He completed a Fellowship at the prestigious Charnley Hip and Knee Centre at Wrightington, UK.

Mr Garth Allardice was also a consultant and trauma lead at Kettering General Hospital from 1998 to 2002. He was appointed as Consultant Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon at Northwick Park Hospital in September 2002. He was Lead Trauma Consultant from 2002 to 2010. In 2004, he also established a specialist foot and ankle unit at NWLH.

He provides treatment for a wide spectrum of disorders including degenerative and inflammatory arthritic conditions, sports injuries and trauma, hallux valgus and other forefoot deformities. He also provides physiotherapy, orthotics, and podiatry have been established to provide a cooperative network.

Mr Garth Allardice has expertise in foot surgery, ankle surgery, lower limb arthroscopy, trauma and sports injuries. He is a member of British Orthopaedic Foot Surgery Society, British Trauma Society, British Orthopaedic Association and South African Orthopaedic Association.
