  • What are the common symptoms that your patients tend to present with?

    Most patients will present with a degree of pain or discomfort that varies in nature and severity. Alongside this and often more importantly, patients quite often complain of a limitation in their function which prevents them from participating in their desired activities, such as walking, running or team sports.

  • What are the treatments that you're able to offer your patients?

    Treatments can range from exercise prescription, including mobility/flexibility programmes or a strengthening regime, load management advice, soft tissue release, joint mobilisations, biomechanical assessment along with advice and education regarding an injury.

  • What are your areas of sub-specialist interest?

    My specialist interest areas are sporting injuries, lower limb tendinopathy management, ACL and post-operative rehabilitation.
