Dr Adam Woo is a highly qualified consultant in pain management and anaesthesia, currently practising at King's College Hospital. He has a special interest in the use of ultrasound as an intervention for pain and X-ray guided injections for back and neck pain. Dr Woo obtained his medical degree from University College London (UCL), graduating with distinction and several prizes. He completed his specialist training at UCL and Royal Free Hospitals.

Dr Woo furthered his expertise by earning an MSc in Pain Management from the University of Edinburgh. He has also trained in advanced pain management at St Thomas' Hospital, London, and in paediatric pain at Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.

Dr Woo deals with complex pain referrals from various specialties and has extensive experience in managing a variety of chronic pain conditions, as well as post-trauma and post-surgery pain. He collaborates closely with peripheral neuropathic pain neurologists, utilising treatments such as infusions, Qutenza, and neuromodulation.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Woo is an active member of the Pain Management Faculty of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, the British Pain Society, and the International Association for the Study of Pain. He serves as the Educational Supervisor for Pain Training at King's College Hospital and has been admitted to the Court of Examiners. Dr Woo also contributes as a question writer for the Faculty of Pain at the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
