Frequently asked questions

  • Why do you do what you do?

Plastic surgery is a really varied and fascinating career. I really love the fact that I’m able to treat people with a variety of conditions and use the skills which I’ve developed over many years to try and help them. As a specialty, it’s constantly evolving which means I’m always learning new techniques and treatments. The ability to spend most days either meeting new people and working with my hands is incredibly rewarding and a real privilege.

  • What are the common symptoms that your patients tend to present with?

My NHS practice is largely focused on reconstructive surgery. This means I tend to treat patients with skin cancer and those who have suffered major traumatic accidents. My private practice is largely focused on cosmetic surgery, so most of my patients will come and see me about issues relating to their breasts, bodies and faces.

  • What are the treatments that you're able to offer your patients?

I am able to offer a wide variety of treatments depending upon the problem or issue presented to me.
