Miss Aimee Di Marco is a Consultant Thyroid and Endocrine Surgeon at the Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Trust, the UK's first and largest department of endocrine surgery. She also serves as an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. Additionally, she sees private patients at Lister Hospital.

Miss Di Marco qualified from the University of Cambridge and Guy's, King's and St. Thomas's School of Medicine in 2004, graduating with distinction. She completed her basic and higher surgical training in London. In 2016, she was awarded a doctorate from Imperial College, London, for her work on surgical technology. The following year, she became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and received the ASGBI Gold Medal for outstanding performance. She further honed her expertise by undertaking the prestigious T.S. Reeve Fellowship in the Endocrine Surgery Unit of Sydney University at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, Australia, before taking up her current post at Imperial.

Miss Di Marco is actively involved in teaching and research. She has authored or co-authored over 25 peer-reviewed research papers and supervises pre- and post-clinical students at Imperial College. Her clinical practice focuses exclusively on disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, managing both benign and malignant conditions. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery and the application of surgical technologies to endocrine surgery, including the use of intraoperative neural monitoring during neck endocrine surgery.

Miss Di Marco is also dedicated to quality assurance in thyroid and endocrine surgery, submitting all her outcomes data to the UK's national registry of endocrine surgery.
