Dr Alain Palacci has been a dedicated member of the General Practice profession for many years. He qualified from St Thomas’ in 1986 with an MBBS and spent six years in intensive hospital medicine. Dr Palacci has been based in Barnes for most of his career, where he has built a successful private practice centred on the philosophy that the patient comes first. His main interests are paediatrics and general medicine, with a keen focus on diabetes, men’s health, and paediatrics.

Dr Palacci is fluent in French and has previously served as a government advisor and the medical practitioner for the Lawn Tennis Association. He collaborates closely with Dr Alexandra Strachan to provide a 24/7 service to registered patients, ensuring continuity of care.

Living locally with his wife and dog, Dr Palacci enjoys family walks around Richmond Park. His children have now left home, but he remains a familiar face in the community. Dr Palacci's areas of expertise include paediatrics and general medicine, and he is committed to offering comprehensive care to his patients.
