Professor Andrea Frilling is a distinguished Professor of Surgery and Chair in Endocrine Surgery at Imperial College, London. She also provides private consultations at The Princess Grace Hospital and The Wellington Hospital.

Professor Frilling specialises in endocrine surgery, hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery, and oncologic abdominal surgery. At Imperial College, she has established an interdisciplinary centre of excellence for the management of neuroendocrine tumours, accredited by the European Neuroendocrine Tumours Society (ENETS). This centre focuses on early diagnosis, multimodal treatment, and translational research.

With a strong interest in clinical research, Professor Frilling has conducted numerous studies on the treatment of neuroendocrine liver metastases. She is dedicated to advancing targeted treatment options for patients with advanced stages of neuroendocrine disease.
