Dr Andrew Millar is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with over 22 years of clinical experience. He serves as the Lead Clinician for Cancer, the Viral Hepatitis Service, and Endoscopy Training at North Middlesex University Hospital. Additionally, he is an Associate Professor of Medicine at St George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and an honorary consultant at the Royal Free Hospital.

Dr Millar is nationally recognised for his pioneering work in developing Rapid Diagnostic Centres (RDCs), which are now a crucial component of the NHS ten-year plan. He holds the position of Clinical Lead for RDCs in the North Central Cancer Alliance.

Dr Millar treats a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatic conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, food intolerance, gastrointestinal cancers, acid reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease.
