Dr Anne Rigg is a well-respected Consultant Oncologist with HCA Healthcare and Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in London. She serves as the Head of Medical Oncology and is the lead for Systemic Treatment of Breast Cancer in South East London.

Dr Rigg graduated with a degree in Psychology before returning to university to study Medicine at the renowned Imperial College London. She completed her medical oncology training at several centres of excellence, including the Royal Marsden Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital. Following her training, she conducted pioneering research into the molecular genetics of breast and pancreatic cancer, earning a PhD. In 2005, she was appointed to her first Consultant post.

Dr Rigg remains heavily involved in research and has been appointed as the chief investigator of numerous breast cancer trials. Her areas of expertise include chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and endocrine therapy, with a particular focus on breast cancer.
