Frequently asked questions

  • Why do you do what you do?

I wanted to create something I'd want for myself or my family—accessible, fast, and consistent healthcare. The traditional NHS setup often fell short, especially with access. So, I gave patients my mobile number and built a pay-as-you-go service focused on trust, speed, and care without unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • What are the common symptoms that your patients tend to present with?

As a GP, I see a wide spectrum, but many patients come with complex general health issues, mental health concerns, and urgent diagnostics needs. We also attract patients looking for fast reassurance or answers without the delays of the traditional system.

  • What are the treatments that you're able to offer your patients?

I offer full GP consultations, home visits, and diagnostics including ultrasound, echocardiograms, X-ray, ECG, blood tests, and specialist referrals. We're also recognised by all major insurers, offering convenience and continuity of care.

  • What are your areas of sub-specialist interest?

I’m passionate about creating a truly integrated healthcare model that merges diagnostics, GP care, and specialist services under one roof. I also have a strong interest in access to care, digital transformation, and alternative treatment pathways
