Mr Anthony Davies is a highly experienced and respected consultant gynaecologist, working at both London Bridge Hospital and Chiswick Medical Centre (HCA Healthcare).

Mr Davies is a general gynaecologist, capable of diagnosing and treating a wide range of gynaecological issues. He specialises in cervical cancer screening, colposcopy, and minimally invasive surgery. His particular areas of expertise include endometriosis, menopause, abnormal uterine bleeding, polycystic ovaries, and pelvic pain.

He graduated from Cambridge University and St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London. He passed his specialist examinations in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1994 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2004. His research has focused on different surgical techniques for performing hysterectomy, and he has published and presented work on colposcopy and minimal access surgery.

In 2000, Mr Davies was appointed as a consultant at Kings College Hospital NHS Trust, a major teaching hospital and academic centre in South London. During his 17 years there, he served as the Lead for Clinical Risk Management in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the Colposcopy Service, and the Gynaecology Outpatient Surgery Centre. He left in 2017 to focus exclusively on private practice. Currently, he is the Clinical Lead for gynaecological services, the Chair of the Multidisciplinary Team, and the gynaecological representative on the Medical Advisory Committee at London Bridge Hospital.

Mr Davies takes a holistic approach to treatment, tailoring treatments specifically to his patients' individual needs. He aims to treat with minimal intervention where possible and has excellent links with other specialist healthcare professionals if required. His clinics are designed for patient convenience, reducing the number of visits by offering many investigations such as smears, colposcopy, and ultrasound scans during the first visit if indicated.
