Miss Archana Ranganathan is a consultant gynaecologist and reproductive medicine specialist with experience in NHS and independent fertility care. Her practice covers fertility assessment, ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination, IVF and ICSI, as well as fertility preservation, donor conception and surrogacy.

She has specialist expertise in the selective use of mild stimulation and natural cycle IVF, alongside conventional stimulation regimens. She also uses advanced gynaecology and fertility ultrasound, including Doppler studies, to support assessment and treatment planning.

Miss Ranganathan completed advanced training in reproductive medicine and subfertility within the Oxford Deanery, where she also researched endometriosis and pain pathways. She subsequently joined CREATE Fertility and served as Clinical Lead at its St Paul's branch for six years until August 2025.

Her general gynaecology interests include menstrual disorders, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, menopause and early pregnancy assessment. She is also studying for a Master's in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
