Dr Borgstein is a highly experienced medical specialist in audiovestibular medicine, with a career spanning over four decades. She qualified from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1981. Following her qualification, Dr Borgstein spent two years in Malawi, where she honed her medical and surgical skills before returning to London for further training.

Dr Borgstein's extensive training in paediatrics and audiovestibular medicine has taken her to some of London's most prestigious teaching hospitals, including King's College Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College London, and St George's Hospital. She was appointed to her current roles in 1981 and has since been dedicated to providing top-tier medical care.

Currently, Dr Borgstein works closely with paediatric and ENT colleagues at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, and the Portland Hospital for Women and Children. Her aim is to leverage her extensive expertise to offer a comprehensive service to her patients.

Dr Borgstein has a particular interest and expertise in assessing and managing hearing loss of any degree, considering the context of the whole child and their family. Her areas of expertise include audiovestibular medicine, hearing loss, glue ear, and congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection.

Dr Borgstein is committed to providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for her patients through her specialised knowledge and collaborative approach.
