Dr Beverly Tsai-Goodman is a highly esteemed consultant paediatric and foetal cardiologist at Royal Brompton Hospital, where she has been serving since 2017. She specialises in paediatric cardiology, foetal cardiology, cardiac MRI, and echocardiography. Dr Tsai-Goodman is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients and is known for her expertise in treating a wide range of cardiac conditions in children and foetuses.

Dr Tsai-Goodman began her medical journey at the University of Southampton, where she studied medicine. In 2004, she was awarded a doctorate from the University of Bristol, where she also trained in paediatric cardiology. She practised as a consultant at the University of Bristol until 2016. During this period, from 2004 to 2014, she was the leading cardiologist for the Barth Syndrome Specialist Services in Bristol, showcasing her commitment to specialised care.

Further enhancing her skills, Dr Tsai-Goodman spent 15 months at Boston’s Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School as a senior clinical fellow. There, she received top-tier training in cardiac MRI, echocardiography, and foetal cardiology, significantly broadening her clinical expertise.

In addition to her clinical roles, Dr Tsai-Goodman is actively involved in research and teaching. She was recently awarded a master’s (MSc) degree in genomics medicine from Imperial College London. Her current focus is on integrating her knowledge of paediatric and foetal cardiology with the latest advancements in human genomics, aiming to provide cutting-edge care to her patients.
