Miss Christina Choy is a highly esteemed Breast Specialist Consultant Surgeon, currently practising at Princess Grace Hospital, The Harley Street Diagnostic Centre, The Lister Hospital, and Chiswick Medical Centre. She has been a substantive consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital for over 14 years and has worked in a multi-disciplinary team at the London Breast Institute for more than a decade.

Miss Choy graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1986. She completed her postgraduate speciality training in Australia and Hong Kong, and further honed her skills as a fellow at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital in the UK. She is fully registered with the General Medical Council and holds medical board registrations in Hong Kong and Australia.

Her areas of expertise include breast conservation surgery with oncoplastic techniques, mastectomy with skin and nipple-sparing reconstruction, fat transfer, sentinel node biopsy with dual localization, and breast reduction and augmentation. Miss Choy is also proficient in offering breast screening and assessment procedures for conditions such as breast pain, nipple discharge, mastitis, and lumps. She provides family history clinics, breast cancer risk assessments, and genetic testing.

Miss Choy is deeply involved in research, focusing on the genetic aspects of breast cancer, particularly in Afrocarribean young women. She also investigates ethnic barriers to early breast cancer diagnosis and aims to improve access to medical care. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Fluent in English and Cantonese, Miss Choy is a member of the Association of Breast Surgeons in the UK and Breast Surgeon International. Her commitment to patient care and her extensive expertise make her a leading figure in the field of breast surgery and reconstruction.
