Dr Clare Kiely is a Consultant Dermatologist specialising in advanced skin surgery, Mohs surgery, laser, and cosmetic dermatology. She has a special interest in skin cancer, acne, and acne scarring. Dr Kiely completed her undergraduate training at University College Dublin in 2004 and her Certificate of Specialty Training in Dermatology in Ireland in 2016. She achieved a Masters degree in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine and went on to work for Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and The Lister Hospital as a Consultant.
Dr Kiely completed Fellowships in skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery, and laser surgery at St John's Institute of Dermatology. She is a member of the British Association of Dermatology, the British Society for Dermatological Surgery, and serves on the executive board of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group. Dr Kiely has a keen interest in research and has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Her areas of expertise include Mohs micrographic surgery, acne and scarring treatments, mole checks, laser treatment, excision of skin lesions, skin biopsies, and skin cancer surgery. She treats conditions such as skin cancer, melanoma, acne, and general dermatological issues. Dr Kiely has been practising since 2010 and is known for her dedication to patient care and advanced dermatological procedures.
