Dr Clement Orczyk is a consultant urologist and clinical academic with a specialist focus on prostate cancer diagnostics and treatment. He sees patients at The Princess Grace Hospital in London and is the clinical lead of the Prostate Cancer Unit for diagnostics, active surveillance and focal therapy at University College London Hospitals. He also holds a tenure position as an associate professor of urology at University College London.
He has around 20 years of clinical experience and has been a consultant at University College London Hospitals since 2017. His work combines specialist clinical care with research and innovation, with a particular emphasis on modern imaging-led approaches and precision treatment pathways for prostate cancer. His clinical interests centre on improving diagnosis and tailoring treatment to minimise side effects while maintaining strong cancer control.
Dr Orczyk’s areas of expertise include prostate cancer assessment, active surveillance and focal therapy. He provides diagnostic procedures and delivers minimally invasive, tissue-sparing treatments for carefully selected patients using focal high intensity focused ultrasound, focal cryotherapy and Nanoknife electroporation.
