Miss Daniela Andrich is a Consultant Reconstructive Urological Surgeon and Honorary Associate Professor in the Division of Surgery and Interventional Science at University College London (UCL). She has been a pivotal figure in the field since her appointment in 2008. Miss Andrich collaborates with Professor AR Mundy to run one of the leading Reconstructive Urology Units globally, specialising in urethral reconstruction and managing complications from prostate cancer treatments.

Miss Andrich's areas of expertise include penile and bulbar urethroplasty, BXO urethral stricture surgery, pelvic fracture urethral reconstruction, and adult hypospadias revision surgery. She is also proficient in post-TURP urethral stricture surgery, post-prostatectomy bladder neck contracture surgery, and uro-rectal fistula repair. Her skills extend to artificial urinary sphincter implantation, male sling implantation, and colposuspension.

In addition to her clinical roles, Miss Andrich is deeply involved in research and development projects aimed at preventing lower urinary tract injuries and curing urethral stricture disease. She is also focused on the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections through sublingual immunoprophylaxis and addresses chronic orchialgia related to psychological stress.

Miss Andrich's contributions to the field are recognised worldwide, and she is the organiser of the annual GURS-Masterclass, an international meeting that includes live surgery to promote best practices in reconstructive urology. Her dedication to advancing the field and improving patient outcomes is evident in her extensive work and numerous accolades.
