Mr Dariush Nikkhah is a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon, specialising in cosmetic surgery, hand surgery, and reconstructive microsurgery. He consults private patients at the Royal Free Hospital, St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, and Highgate Hospital. Mr Nikkhah is internationally renowned in the field of microvascular surgery and serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Microsurgery. He is also an Honorary Lecturer at University College London and has authored over 125 scientific publications.

Mr Nikkhah earned his medical degree from the University of Southampton Medical School. In 2011, he was awarded an MSc with distinction from UCL for his research as a Craniofacial Research Fellow at Great Ormond Street Hospital. His specialist training includes time at the world-renowned Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, as well as The Royal Free Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Barts and The Royal London.
