Mr David Selvadurai is a distinguished ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgeon based in London. He specialises in a wide range of conditions, including positional vertigo, deafness, hearing loss, tonsillitis, ear infections, tinnitus, balance disorders, Ménière's disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vertigo, dizziness, and cholesteatoma.

Mr Selvadurai has extensive expertise in various advanced procedures such as endoscopic ear surgery, transtympanic injections, the epley manoeuvre, auditory implants, bone-anchored hearing aids, and cochlear implants. He has been serving as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at St George's Hospital in London since 2004. Mr Selvadurai earned his medical degree from St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College in 1992, graduating with a Distinction in Surgery. He subsequently became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Clinical Surgery in General) before specialising in ENT. In 1997, he achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology.

In 2004, Mr Selvadurai pursued a research degree at Leicester University. He was awarded the prestigious Graham Fraser Fellowship, which supported his advanced training in cochlear implantation, Ménière's disease, and advanced otology under the mentorship of Professor WPR Gibson in Sydney. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an observer and research fellow at The Boston Children's Hospital. Notably, he is one of the few UK ENT surgeons to be admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
