Mr Dawood (Woody) Al-Zidgali is a senior physiotherapist at the Manchester Institute of Health and Performance. He earned his undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science with first-class honours, followed by a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2012.

Since graduating, Mr Al-Zidgali has dedicated his career to professional sport. He has served as the lead first team therapist for the Widnes Vikings in Super League rugby and has worked with various professional athletes, including a number one ranked UFC fighter, as well as football, taekwondo, and squash players.

In 2017, Mr Al-Zidgali completed a master's in sport and exercise medicine with distinction, further enhancing his expertise. He has since incorporated injection therapy into his practice, alongside other specialties such as acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and manual therapy.

Mr Al-Zidgali's areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, sports injections, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy. He is highly skilled in treating sports injuries and is committed to helping athletes achieve optimal performance and recovery.
