Miss Efthalia Tsahalina is a highly experienced consultant gynaecological oncologist, fully trained in the UK. She obtained her National Training Number at East Anglia Deanery in Cambridge in 1997 and completed her training, including sub-specialisation in gynaecological oncology, in 2002.

Since 2003, Miss Tsahalina has worked as a consultant gynaecological oncologist in both Greece and the UK. She has held several prestigious roles, including College Tutor for Cambridge University at Girton and Wolfson College in Reproductive Medicine and Embryology from 1999 to 2002. She was also an Honorary Clinical Fellow at Addenbrooke's Cambridge University Hospital from 2003 to 2005 and has been a Senior Academic Fellow at the Royal Marsden Hospital since 2015. Additionally, she served as an Honorary Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology at Addenbrooke's Cambridge University Hospital from 2016 to 2017.

Miss Tsahalina is a member of multiple scientific societies, including the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), where she holds accreditation in advanced laparoscopic surgery since 2001.
