Mr Etienne Horner is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St Mary’s Imperial College NHS Trust. Born in Switzerland, Mr Horner initially served as a Consultant at The Women’s Hospital in Basel, where his research was centred on prenatal diagnosis.
