Dr Geoffrey Lloyd is a consultant gastroenterologist with a distinguished career in gastroenterology and endocrinology.

Dr Lloyd's medical education began at the Royal Free Hospital Medical School of the University of London, where he earned a BSc in Anatomy in 1967, an MBBS in 1970, and the MRCP in 1973. He was awarded the FRCP in 1984 and later obtained an LLB in 1994. His early training was focused on the Liver Unit at the Royal Free Hospital, and he has held several prestigious positions, including Senior Lecturer in Gastroenterology, Clinical Tutor, and Consultant at the Royal Free Hospital Medical School.

Dr Lloyd has extensive international experience, having served as Senior Medical Officer in Ahmadi, Kuwait, and as head of the Medical Unit at Awali Hospital in Bahrain. He has also taught undergraduates and postgraduates at the Kuwait Medical School.
