Mr George Fayad is a highly esteemed Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field. Since his election on the 4th of December 2008, he has served as the Governor of the International College of Surgeons. Mr Fayad is a recognised leader in the development of groundbreaking surgical techniques, including nasal titanium implants to aid breathing and incisionless ear pinning.

Mr Fayad's expertise spans both adult and paediatric ENT conditions. He is proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical issues, such as snoring and sleep disorders, vertigo and balance issues, and general conditions of the ear, nose, and throat. His innovative approach and extensive knowledge make him a sought-after specialist in his field.

In addition to his private practice, Mr Fayad holds significant roles at Basildon and Thurrock NHS University Hospitals. He is the lead rhinologist and chairman of the ENT department. He also oversees the allergy clinic at Basildon Hospital, where he pioneered the establishment of a multidisciplinary unit for patients suffering from nasal polyps, allergies, and asthma. This unit is notable for offering cures rather than merely treating symptoms.

Mr Fayad is actively involved in numerous research and audit projects, contributing to the advancement of ENT medicine. He speaks fluent English, French, Dutch, and Arabic, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients.

Mr Fayad's areas of expertise include functional septorhinoplasty with the insertion of a titanium implant, incisionless pinnaplasty, and the treatment of balance disorders and vertigo. He is also skilled in performing FESS balloon sinuplasty.

Mr Fayad completed his general medical training in Belgium and France, followed by extensive training in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology in Europe and the United States.
