Mr Georgios Tsermoulas is a consultant neurosurgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, a position he has held since February 2017. He also serves as an honorary clinical associate professor at the University of Birmingham. His neurosurgical training commenced in Greece and was completed in the UK, with further specialization through a clinical fellowship in Toronto, Canada, focusing on neuro-oncology, skull base, and pituitary surgery.

In his clinical practice, Mr Tsermoulas addresses a broad spectrum of adult neurosurgical conditions. His particular areas of interest include disorders of cerebrospinal fluid such as hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation, and syringomyelia. He is also adept in the surgical management of brain and skull base tumours, including meningiomas, and performs endoscopic pituitary surgery.

Beyond his clinical duties, Mr Tsermoulas holds a master's degree in clinical research from Newcastle University and actively participates in clinical trials.
