Mr Guy Martin is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disease. His clinical interests include complex aortic and lower limb surgery, thoracic outlet syndromes, varicose veins and spinal access surgery.

He manages both elective and emergency vascular conditions, including aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease and carotid artery disease. His practice includes open vascular surgery, endovascular procedures and treatments for varicose veins.

Mr Martin's NHS practice is based at the Imperial Vascular Unit, serving Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. He also works as a Consultant Trauma Surgeon at St Mary's Major Trauma Centre, providing resuscitative surgery and coordinating care for patients with significant injuries. His trauma interests are supported by more than a decade with the Army Medical Services.

A former NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Surgery at Imperial College London, he remains involved in research, clinical trials and teaching through lectures and publications. He has secured research grant funding and is a co-founder of The Evidence Company, which develops explainable artificial intelligence architecture for healthcare.
