Mr Haroon Majeed is a consultant orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon with 24 years of experience, practising at HCA UK at The Wilmslow Hospital. He holds a consultant post at Manchester University Foundation Trust and serves as an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Manchester.

He is fellowship-trained in foot and ankle surgery, having completed specialist training in the West Midlands, a national fellowship at Wrightington Hospital, and a visiting fellowship in Germany. He offers expert care in a wide spectrum of foot and ankle procedures, including big toe fusion, bunion correction, claw toe correction, Achilles tendon reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, ankle joint fusion, ankle replacement, cheilectomy, complex arthroplasty, correction of flatfoot, hammertoe correction, joint injections, PRP treatment, and tendon repair.

He treats a broad range of conditions, such as foot pain, ankle sprains, fractures, Achilles tendon problems, bunions, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, tendinopathy, impingement syndrome, claw and mallet toes, heel bumps, Morton’s neuroma, osteoarthritis, sports injuries, stress fractures, tibia and toe fractures, foot drop, and turf toe.

He has played a leading role in orthopaedic research, with a strong portfolio of published articles and book chapters focused on foot, ankle surgery, and trauma. He presents regularly at national and international conferences and contributes significantly to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He has received awards for teaching excellence from his university and clinical excellence recognition from his trust.
