Jack has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. In 2018 he founded his own physiotherapy company, Physio Jack. In addition to this, he works two days a week at Pure Sports Medicine in Moorgate, London. His clinical interests are running injuries, back & neck, knees, shoulders and weightlifting injuries. His sporting interests are boxing, running, climbing and weightlifting. Before taking up private practice, he acquired valuable experience across highly esteemed NHS Trusts. He has earlier worked as a Physiotherapist at Chase Farm Hospital, Royal Free Trust and Connect Health Camden.


Jack treats people from all age groups, ranging from athletic teens to people in their later years. He has comprehensive experience in developing rehabilitation routines for injured athletes and weightlifters. He has worked with hundreds of office goers seeking pain relief and postural advice. He helps people create routines and lifestyle changes to remain healthy and off medication into their older years.


Prior to graduating as a Physiotherapist BSc Hons from Brunel, Jack worked as an exercise-on-prescription coach and personal trainer. He is also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and has completed courses in ‘Exercise on Prescription’, Runners’ Repairs, Persistent Pain Therapy, Sports Taping and Strapping and ‘Pitch side first aid & sports trauma management’.
