Dr James Wylie is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. With over 10 years of experience, he specialises in the treatment of urological cancers and sarcomas. Dr Wylie has a particular interest in prostate, bladder, and early testis cancer, employing advanced treatments such as external beam radiotherapy, brachytherapy, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy.

Dr Wylie is highly skilled in state-of-the-art radiotherapy techniques and has been instrumental in establishing and developing the prostate brachytherapy service at The Christie, which is now one of the largest in the UK. In addition to his clinical duties, he serves as an examiner for the final examination of the Royal College of Radiologists.

Dr Wylie graduated from St Thomas's Hospital Medical School in London in 1990. He trained as a Clinical Oncologist at The Christie and further honed his expertise during a Clinical Fellowship at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
