Dr Jane Ashby is a highly qualified and experienced consultant in Sexual Health and HIV. She graduated with honours from Imperial College London in 2000 and completed her specialty training in Sexual Health and HIV at St Mary's Hospital London. Currently, she works as an NHS Consultant in Sexual Health and HIV at Central and North West London NHS Trust.

Dr Ashby provides a range of services at Archway Centre for Sexual Health and Mortimer Market Clinic in Warren Street, including Genitourinary, Contraception, Sexual Dysfunction, and HIV Medicine services. She is the lead clinician for Sexual Dysfunction and Young People. Dr Ashby also has practising privileges at the prestigious Wellington Hospital in London.

Throughout her career, Dr Ashby has been awarded numerous prizes and awards, including a distinction in the diploma in Genitourinary medicine, a scholarship to attend the European Summer School of Sexual Medicine, and the British HIV Association (BHIVA) Research Award. She is passionate about promoting and improving Sexual Health and Sexual Satisfaction for her patients.

Dr Ashby is known for her calm, expert, and reassuring approach and always ensures that the confidentiality of her patients is protected. She is expert at diagnosing and treating all Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Warts (HPV), Herpes Virus, Molluscum contagiosum, Hepatitis B and C, HIV, Urethritis, Bacterial Vaginosis, Trichomonas Vaginalis, and Candidiasis.

Dr Ashby is uniquely qualified in Sexual Medicine and can provide expert opinion and treatment for a range of sexual problems including Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, Painful Sex, and Penetration Problems. She is also well-equipped to see complex genital problems such as Chronic Prostatitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Recurrent Vaginal Discharge and Odour, and Recurrent Herpes.

Dr Ashby can safely help women and couples with contraceptive needs, including pills, patches, injections, implants, rings, and insertion of IUD/IUS (coils). She is highly experienced at providing HIV services, including HIV testing and diagnosis, initiation and monitoring of antiretroviral treatment, and provision of PEP and PrEP to reduce the risk of HIV transmission.
