Dr Jasper Morrow is a Consultant Neurologist specialising in general neurology and neuromuscular medicine, with particular expertise in the assessment and management of complex muscle disorders and peripheral nerve conditions. He is a Consultant Neurologist at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), where he runs a specialist muscle disorders clinic.
Dr Morrow's areas of expertise include neuromuscular disease, muscular dystrophy, myopathy, muscle weakness, muscle fatigue and wasting, and peripheral nerve conditions. He also holds general neurology clinics and provides assessment and management for a broad range of neurological symptoms and conditions.
He completed his medical degree in 2001 and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2011. He subsequently completed a PhD in quantitative neuromuscular MRI at the Queen Square UCL Institute of Neurology in 2017.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Morrow is actively involved in research into neuromuscular disease and quantitative neuromuscular MRI at the Queen Square Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases. He is a co-principal investigator on international research grants and supervises PhD students in the field.
Dr Morrow also leads the undergraduate neurology education programme at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and chairs the London and Southeast Coast Neuromuscular Network, supporting the development and accessibility of specialist neuromuscular care across the region.
