Dr Jaymin Morjaria is a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at Harefield Hospital. He has extensive experience in treating patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). His clinical interests include bronchiectasis, lung cancer, pleural disease, and pulmonary interventions.
Dr Morjaria earned his Medical Degree from St Bartholomew’s and Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary, University of London. He completed his specialist training at the East of England (Cambridge) Deanery. Following this, he spent five years at the Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, where he led the airways service and served as the principal investigator in several research studies focused on airways diseases, bronchiectasis, and cough.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Morjaria holds an honorary position as a senior clinical lecturer at Imperial College London. He is an active contributor to peer-reviewed journals and serves on the editorial board of Therapeutic Advances in Chronic Disease.
Dr Morjaria was appointed to his current role at Harefield Hospital. His dedication to respiratory medicine and his commitment to advancing the field through research and education make him a highly respected figure in his specialty.
