Dr Jesse Kumar is a Specialist Consultant in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and General Medicine. He completed his higher specialist training in the South Thames Deanery, including Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital in London, Kent, and Sussex. Since his appointment at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 2006, he has held significant roles such as Lead Physician, Clinical Director, and Lead for Diabetes Commissioning.

Dr Kumar has a special interest in thyroid, adrenal, calcium, hypogonadism, weight management, and general endocrinology. He is ARSAC certified to prescribe radioactive iodine for hyperthyroidism and goitre. He runs specialist clinics for thyroid radio-iodine, thyroid eye disease, treatment pump clinic, and antenatal diabetes.

Dr Kumar is deeply involved in research and has been the Principal Investigator on numerous worldwide multi-centre trials since 2006. He has many publications and presentations in international and national journals and conferences. He believes in integrating modern technology with humanities to deliver effective clinical outcomes. His clinics focus on up-to-date, evidence-based clinical practice, secure access to medical records, and convenient, seamless care through multiple centres and virtual clinics.

Dr Kumar speaks five languages and has a keen interest in physical fitness and digital technology.
