Dr Jinesh Mehta is a GP who has spent over 12 years refining a patient centred approach to provide holistic essential, general and specialist medical services. He developed the UK's first on-demand app for GP home visits. He has worked as a physician, teacher, partner and leader, both within the NHS and the private sector. He currently works as a Partner with Fernlea Surgery and as a Clinical Advisor to Enflield Primary Health Care Trust. He is also the team doctor of West Ham Academy.

Dr Mehta graduated in medicine and surgery from King’s College London in 2004. He is skilled in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), Family Medicine, Clinical Research, Medical Education, and Primary Care.
