Dr Williams had been Head of pain services at The Royal Marsden Hospital for past 16 years. His main areas of expertise is the treatment of pain associated with cancer, in particular management of persistent pain after breast surgery, pain associated with head and neck cancer, intractable and neuropathic pain.

Dr Williams has particular experience in using pain killing drugs and nerve blocks and for delivering integrated care with oncologists and surgeons.
