Mr John Rogers is a highly experienced Consultant Surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in laparoscopic surgery. Additionally, Mr Rogers has 17 years of experience in performing Lap-Band anti-obesity procedures.

Mr Rogers has a keen interest in oesophagogastric, colorectal, and laparoscopic surgery. He places particular emphasis on the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease and morbid obesity using advanced laparoscopic techniques.

Currently, Mr Rogers practices privately and sees patients at The Princess Grace Hospital. His previous roles include serving as a Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant Surgeon at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital from 1993 to 2002. During this tenure, he was the Director of The Royal London Hospital Minimal Access Therapy Training Unit, a clinical partner of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Mr Rogers qualified in medicine from King's College Hospital Medical School in 1979. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1985 and subsequently undertook specialist training in oesophagogastric, colorectal, and laparoscopic surgery.

Mr Rogers is proficient in a range of medical tests and treatments, including colorectal surgery, laparoscopic surgery, weight loss and bariatric surgery, gallbladder removal, keyhole hernia repair, and HALO haemorrhoids treatment. He treats conditions such as hernia, haemorrhoids, and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.
