Mr Jonathan Bernstein is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon based in London. His NHS practice is at Imperial College Healthcare, where he serves as a 10-PA consultant and honorary clinical senior lecturer. Mr Bernstein is dedicated to providing a high-quality, modern practice with a thorough approach and a positive patient experience.

Mr Bernstein's clinical expertise includes head and neck oncology surgery, rapid cancer diagnostics, and the treatment of salivary gland and parotid lesions, thyroid issues, neck lumps, facial skin lesions, voice, and swallowing disorders. He is highly skilled in head and neck, thyroid, and parotid surgery, ensuring a first-class service in the best possible environment.

He is an active member of the head and neck multidisciplinary team (MDT) at Imperial College London. Mr Bernstein completed a 3-year advanced fellowship programme in Toronto, focusing on thyroid/parathyroid surgery, head and neck surgical oncology, and reconstructive microsurgery at University Health Network and Mount Sinai Hospital.

Originally from London, Mr Bernstein qualified at Bristol in 2002 and joined the surgical rotation at Bristol Royal Infirmary. By 2013, he had completed Calman specialist training in ENT in the North West and was awarded an MD by the University of Manchester for his thesis in translational radiobiology in head and neck cancer.

Mr Bernstein has published and presented internationally on topics such as cancer biomarkers, functional MRI, virtual surgical navigation, and oncological outcomes. He also contributes to Cochrane and BMJ Clinical Evidence reviews. He is involved in teaching medical students and junior doctors, works on the FRCS JCIE question writing group, and has provided an honorary consultant surgical service to the Gibraltar Health Authority.
