Mr Jonathan Lohn is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, holding the prestigious FRCSPlast qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is based at St George's Healthcare NHS Trust and also sees patients privately, including at The Lister Hospital.
Mr Lohn completed his training on the London training programme and further honed his skills during fellowship periods at The Wellington Hospital in Cosmetic Surgery and the Royal Marsden Hospital, where he specialised in cancer reconstruction. He then spent 15 months in Melbourne, Australia, at the Royal Melbourne and Royal Women's Hospitals, gaining extensive experience in complex cancer and post-traumatic reconstruction as well as cosmetic surgery under the guidance of Professor Mark Ashton.
His areas of interest include mole removal, skin cancer, cosmetic surgery of the breasts and abdomen, hand surgery, lower limb surgery, amputation, and abdominal wall reconstruction. In his current role, Mr Lohn performs complex cancer and post-trauma reconstruction and is a core member of the regional bone infection unit.
Mr Lohn's expertise covers a wide range of procedures and conditions, including reconstructive surgery, cosmetic plastic surgery, hand surgery, and mole removal. He treats conditions such as skin cancer, basal cell carcinoma, Dupuytren's contracture, tendon and nerve repair, lower limb surgery, melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and abdominal wall reconstruction.
