Mr Juling Ong is a distinguished Craniofacial and Paediatric Plastic Surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. He completed his training in London and passed the specialty examinations in plastic surgery in 2012. Following this, he was honoured with the Ellison-Cliffe Travelling Fellowship by the Royal Society of Medicine, allowing him to pursue further subspecialist training in craniofacial and paediatric plastic surgery in the United States. This 12-month fellowship, accredited by the American Council of Graduate Medical Education, culminated in a Diploma from the University of Texas in Austin, specialising in Craniofacial, Cleft, and Paediatric Plastic Surgery.

In 2014, Mr Ong was awarded a Fellowship in Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery by the National Training Interface Group of the United Kingdom. He then undertook an additional Adult and Paediatric Craniofacial Fellowship in Chelsea, London, before commencing his independent practice.

Mr Ong is dedicated to the development of clinical services and the provision of high-quality care through collaboration, expertise, and innovation. He was recently awarded an Innovations grant to develop the first 3D facility service at Great Ormond Street Hospital, a service he currently leads. Additionally, he is an active clinician in several multi-specialty clinics for children with complex reconstructive needs.

Mr Ong is also committed to improving global health and regularly participates in humanitarian missions around the world.
