Her training also included managing intricate thoracic problems like broncho-pleural fistulae and oesophageal leaks. She further advanced her expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Mrs Harrison-Phipps joined Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in 2004, where she has been instrumental in delivering high-quality thoracic surgical care. Her commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction is evident in her meticulous approach and dedication to teamwork.
