Dr Karen Lindal is a highly experienced medical specialist who has been practising since 1987. She initially worked at several prestigious London hospitals, including Guys, St. Thomas', the Middlesex, and University College Hospital, where she achieved her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians. Dr Lindal then spent 12 years in General Practice in Bournemouth, during which she established a private Stress Management Clinic and became a partner in Prime Medical, a medical screening company.

In 2004, Dr Lindal relocated to London and joined Roodlane Medical, where she currently serves as the Clinical Lead for the Occupational Health Service. She holds a specialist qualification and a Masters with Distinction in Occupational Medicine. Her areas of expertise include stress management, psychological health, and occupational health.
