Ms Babar is a full-time substantive consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon at Whittington Hospital in London. She is also based at the Devonshire Diagnostic Centre, The Harley Street Clinic, St John & St Elizabeth Hospital, and Cromwell Hospital. Ms Babar obtained her medical qualifications and training through the London School of Surgery Specialist Training Programme.

She earned her MD with a focus on cancer genomics. Additionally, she has extensive experience in surgical postgraduate teaching through the Royal College of Surgeons. Her main areas of expertise include all aspects of oncoplastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic breast surgery. She also specialises in treating benign and developmental breast conditions. For reconstructive surgery, her NHS base is University College and the Royal Free Hospital in London. Ms Babar is a member of the Association of Breast Surgery, the British Medical Association, and the General Medical Council. Outside of her professional life, Ms Babar enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She resides in Surrey and her hobbies include swimming, cycling, and countryside walks.
