Dr Feher is a highly esteemed consultant physician specialising in lipids and lipid disorders, cardiovascular risk factors, and diabetes. He currently practices at Wellington Hospital, London, and also serves as a consultant physician and former clinical lead for the lipid, diabetes, and hypertension service at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, London. Additionally, Dr Feher has held the position of visiting professor with the Clinical Informatics and Health Outcomes Research Group at the University of Oxford, UK.

Dr Feher has developed and currently leads several unique specialist services, including lipid clinics for adults and family lipids in collaboration with paediatrics, new diabetes therapies, liaison-psychiatry-diabetes, insulin pump services, and diabetic hypertension management. He is also the diabetes assessor for the London Metropolitan/Home County Police and serves as a diabetes adviser to the British National Formulary. His involvement in national and international committees includes participation in NICE Committees for statins and type 2 diabetes, representation for diabetes at the European Medicine Agency, and membership of the DVLA panel for driving and diabetes.

With over twenty-five years of extensive clinical experience, Dr Feher has made significant contributions to the fields of lipids, diabetes, and hypertension. He has successfully integrated clinical pharmacology, pharmaco-epidemiology, and laboratory-based research with diabetes clinical care and teaching. As a co-founder of the Diabetes Therapies Evaluation Network (DTEN), Dr Feher has been instrumental in evaluating phase 4 and early introduction of new diabetes therapies into clinical practice. His prolific academic output includes over 150 publications and 8 books on diabetes and cardiovascular medicine.
