    Dr Michael Lunn is a Consultant Neurologist and Clinical Lead in Neuroimmunology at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. He has been a dedicated member of the medical community since his appointment in 2005.

    Dr Lunn studied medicine at Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Following his graduation, he gained valuable experience working at the Royal Brompton and Hammersmith Hospitals in London. He then specialised in Neurology at Queen's Square, Guy's, St Thomas's, and Charing Cross Hospitals.

    Dr Lunn has a particular interest in inflammatory neuropathies, including Guillain-Barre syndrome and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). He is recognised for his expertise in these areas and frequently lectures on these topics both in the UK and across Europe.

    His areas of expertise include neuroimmunology, inflammatory neuropathies, CIDP, paraproteinaemic neuropathies, and peripheral nerve disease. Dr Lunn is committed to advancing the understanding and treatment of these conditions through both his clinical practice and academic contributions.

    In his role at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Dr Lunn is involved in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions.
