About Mr Neil Haldar
Mr Neil Haldar is a Consultant Urologist in Buckinghamshire. He graduated from King’s College School of Medicine in 1992. He was a demonstrator in anatomy at Guy’s Hospital, London before joining the Oxford Junior Surgical training scheme. Mr Neil Haldar got the Allinson Foundation Research Fellowship award from the Royal College of Surgeons. He undertook a Master’s degree at the Nuffield Dept of Surgery in Oxford.
Mr Neil Haldar became one of the first surgeons in the UK to perform single incision transperitoneal and extraperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and pyeloplasty in 2008. He has published widely on all aspects of urology and his current main area of research is Enhanced Recovery Surgery. He is a member of MDU, RSM, RCS and BAUS.
