Dr Mulholland trained in medicine at Cambridge University and London Hospital Medical College, gaining a distinction in the final MBBS examination. Dually accredited in radiology and nuclear medicine and was appointed at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2007.
In molecular medicine, Dr Mulholland has implemented the PET/CT and SPECT/CT services at King’s College Hospital and specialises in hybrid functional imaging and radionuclide therapies. Dr Mulholland has been the author / co-author of a number of peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has lectured at national and international meetings.
She is the Royal College of Physicians Nuclear Medicine representative for South Thames and sits on the Professional Standards Committee of the British Nuclear Medicine Society. Dr Mulholland teaches on the King’s College London MSc course in nuclear medicine.
