Dr Nikos is a Consultant Neurologist with a specialist interest in acquired brain injury and neurorehabilitation. He is currently based at Barts Health NHS Trust and the Regional Neurorehabilitation Unit (RNRU). Additionally, he serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London.

Dr Nikos completed his neurology specialty training at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (Queen Square). He further advanced his expertise by completing the prestigious 'National Treasure' Clinical Fellowship in Neurological Rehabilitation at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

His research focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cognitive impairment following brain injury, including trauma, stroke, and cardiac arrest. Dr Nikos earned a PhD from the UCL Institute of Neurology (Queen Square) and held a Clinical Lectureship at Imperial College London. His academic contributions include several high-impact publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at both national and international conferences.

Dr Nikos is also passionate about medical education, actively participating in undergraduate and postgraduate neurology teaching. He has been with Barts Health NHS Trust where he continues to make significant contributions to the field of neurology.
