Dr Nishat Bharwani completed medical school training in London at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Schools of Medicine & Dentistry followed by general medical training in London and Brighton, obtaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2003. She then trained in Radiology on the St George’s Hospital rotation in London followed by Fellowship training in Body MRI at Bart’s & The London becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2008.

Dr Bharwani is now a Consultant Diagnostic Radiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and also holds an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer post at Imperial College London. She is experienced in all forms of radiology including Ultrasound, CT scanning and MR imaging and has developed sub-specialty interests in Gynaecological, Urological and Oncological imaging.

Dr Bharwani lectures at Imperial College London and also delivers postgraduate training within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She contributes to the postgraduate examinations set by The Royal College of Radiologists and is a regular examiner on courses preparing radiology trainees for their final Fellowship examinations.
